- High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed legumes (115-125F - Hot Holding); goat (117-121F - Hot Holding) per operator held less than 4 hours. Operator moved to stove to reheat. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation**
