Out with friends on February 18, 2015, purchased several items from restaurant. While eating the steak sandwich something cut the top of my mouth and I pulled over to try to get it out, and ingested part of it trying to wash my throat out with water. I have pictures and i don't eat out anymore. Definitely never fast food | Symptoms: Nausea
