Got an ultimate breakfast sandwich, fries, and poppers around 10:58pm. Woke up around 7am, feeling vomiting, diarrhea, dizzy, hot flashes, body aches, abdominal pain, cramps, and chills. My mother called the resturant to report the complaint but jack in the box denied it was their food. Me and my boyfriend are feeling the same symptoms. I went to the ER because now I have vomiting and diarrhea of blood. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
