Additional information: Chicken sandwich, 2 tacos. Woke up at 1 AM feeling extreme nausea, chills, and cramps. Ate a chicken sandwich and two tacos, woke up in the middle of the night feeling very unwell. I ate the food around 9 PM. Still having symptoms of nausea, diarrhea, and stomach pain.
