I ordered the #5 combo with curly fries and a root beer as my drink. I got home, it only had been maybe 5 minutes before I sat down to eat it...after I finished my meal, I soon after (30/40 minutes) got the chills and had a temperature of 101. I fell asleep and woke up running to the bathroom vomiting and was tossing and turning for hours after that. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
