January 11th 2018 I was on the road with my wife doing postmates and we got hungry. We decided to stop by Jack in the box since they had a "Value Deal". I purchased 3 tacos which came with 1 regular drink for a value of $3. My wife got the $2 Jack's breakfast pockets of ham. One hour later I started with diarrhea, stomach pain, and frequent vomiting. Decided to go to the ER 3 hours later when vomiting will not stop. Hospital diagnosed me with Food poisoning. When leaving the hospital @ about 5:30am my wife now started the vomiting with stomach aching and also body aching. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
