Food Safety Report - Jack in the Box, Austin Texas

8 months ago reported by user-ykgr5299 business

Jack in the Box, 7404 McNeil Drive, Austin, TX, USA

7404 McNeil Drive, Austin, 78729 Texas, United States

I had egg rolls from this Jack in the Box on Wednesday. They tasted a little off, but I figured it was just because they had gotten cold. Big mistake. By early Friday morning, I woke up with intense stomach cramps, nausea, and nonstop diarrhea that lasted the entire day—until about 7 PM. I was completely dehydrated, couldn’t eat or drink without getting sick, and had bloody stool toward the end of it. This wasn’t mild food poisoning—this was severe. I’ve had food poisoning before, but this was on another level. It’s honestly dangerous that something like this made it out of their kitchen. I’ll be reporting it to the health department. Never eating here again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Dehydration, Bloody Stool
