Monday ate the chicken sandwich and fries 6 pm started vomiting diarrhea stomach cramps maybe fever did not take temperature. Still have watery diarrhea can't even get to ER due to diarrhea and it's Thursday now I'm dizzy stomach cramps etc | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Fever
