Ate chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. My wife said her lettuce was rotten but I couldn't taste it so I continued eating it, she tossed it out and is fine. I have stomach cramps, headache, chills, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Chills
