I ate a chicken sandwich with cheese & jalapeños in the evening. I woke up feeling very full & no appetite. By the late afternoon I had a bad headache & stomach pain. That evening I was sick to my stomach & felt like vomiting. I barely slept due to the stomach pain. I’m still feeling sick. Chills off and on. It’s been close to 48 hours now | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Loss of Appetite
