1/8/24 I went through the drive through and ordered a basic burger meal....a #9 I believe. It had a ton of pickles and mustard on it, which wasn't my favorite and I thought that odd but i was hungry. A few hours later i became very thirsty and hot to the point where I thought I was going to pass out. I continued about my day but had to go home a little later. I was nauseous all evening and woke projectile vomiting. I had the chills, sweats, and felt very fatigued the next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fatigue, Sweating
