Me and my boyfriend order food from jack in the Box in oak harbor, wa. He ordered food and I ordered the vanilla shake I only had a few sips because it was hard to suck it out so I just gave him the shake and he drank it all.That night my stomach was very bubbly and the next morning we became ill. I just experienced diarrhea, but he experienced diarrhea, vomiting, headache, chill, sweaty and lower back pain. I have never been sick from a vanilla shake in my life and I've learned my lesson I will never order any shakes anywhere ever! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
