I went to Jack In The Box around midnight on Sunday and ordered two tacos and a chicken sandwich I begin eating the tacos once I got home and only could finish one and a half after that I went to sleep and woke up around 6:00 with the urgency to use the bathroom I began having diarrhea tried to go back to sleep and then woke up to vomiting which lasted for hours as well as diarrhea. I was not able to eat anything or drink anything, I felt very weak and my stomach was cramping. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Cramps
