On Friday, October 27th, I purchased a ribeye burger from Jack in the Box in Bacliff for lunch around 11:30 AM. I ate about 30% of the burger since the taste was horrible and the beef had a cardboard consistency. By that evening I was starting to feel unwell, and did not eat anything for dinner that day. By Saturday, October 28th, I awoke with extreme chills, body shakes, and overall body soreness which later turned into multiple rounds of diahrrea and vomiting. Conditions still persist today, October 29th. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Soreness, Shaking
