I ate a late nite munchy meal with 2 tacos and the halfsie fries......I went home at about 3am after I ate the tacos and something was bugging my throat and stomach
I went to bed and woke up an hour later not breathing holding my stomach and wanting to throw up
At about 11am I threw up and it was the tacos
Then immediately after that I had real bad diarrhea and I'm just laying down with the feeling of vomiting and stomach pain | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
