I ate a late nite munchy meal with 2 tacos and the halfsie fries......I went home at about 3am after I ate the tacos and something was bugging my throat and stomachI went to bed and woke up an hour later not breathing holding my stomach and wanting to throw up
At about 11am I threw up and it was the tacos
Then immediately after that I had real bad diarrhea and I'm just laying down with the feeling of vomiting and stomach pain | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
