Currently Jack in the box jr chicken sandwich with tomato added I am currently 26 weeks pregnant. Started with stomach cramping 30-40 minutes after eating the sandwhich. I noticed it tasted different but I had just gotten off a night shift and figured I was just tired. Tried to lay down and roughly 3 hours later I vomited up everything and have been vomiting with watery diarrhea since. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
