I ordered a primo Açaí bowl around 1130am while I was at work. As i was more than half way done with it I noticed my stomach started turning & getting achey so i stopped eating it. 2 hrs later, I used the bathroom twice & I had really bad diarrhea. The third time I used the restroom I started throwing up & got cold sweats & had diarrhea at the same time. Went home from work & been making dodo & throwing up every hour. I had to call off to work today because it was so bad. Mind you, this was the only thing i ate & after i ate the primo bowl that’s when it all started! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
