- comments: observed no hot water at the following handwashing sinks, men's and women's restroom off cafeteria, second floor east men's staff toilet room, classroom 114 toilet room. Water is observed at 48f-71. 2f. Instructed the person in charge to restore hot water to 100f. Priority violation #7-38-0303(c).

- comments: observed no handwashing signage at the following handsinks; third and second floor boys restrooms. Instructed person in charge to provide and maintain handwashing signage at all handsinks at all times.

- comments: observed extremely low pressure at handsink in third floor girl's restroom. Instructed the person in charge to restore pressure to city standard priority foundation violation #7-38-030(c).
