7-25-18 - Delivery - I had the chicken fried rice entree for lunch. I did not eat anything else that day. That evening I began feeling very nauseous, and could not eat dinner. By 8:00 pm I was vomiting badly. I was up all night with stomach pains, and had diarrhea. It was a horrible night. My co-worker ate a very small amount of his side order of fried rice and also said he felt very nauseous that evening. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
