Closure Date: 11-17-2020Rodent infestation. The inspector found “extensive rodent activity” with droppings throughout the facility, including on shelving and in cabinets. The restaurant was told to discard all open foods stored in those areas and to immediately start getting monthly pest control service, which it had not been doing. This was the restaurant’s first graded inspection since completing probation, which it was placed on after failing three inspections in 2017 and 2018, records show.
