E.coli Outbreak from Salad - Jason's Deli, Killeen Texas

I had the salad bar on February 6th at 9pm. Saturday morning I woke up with abdominal bloating and tenderness. At first I believed it was constipation and gas. By Monday morning, nothing had resolved, and I went to the emergency room, as I couldn't even eat since Friday. I was admitted to the hospital. After multiple tests, including labs, ct scans, and ultrasound. It was discovered e.coli to be the issue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloating, Gas, Constipation
