Had the Ruben managers special, they stated that there wasn't any corned beef, I said to substitute it will roast beef... Then they said they had enough corned beef, and they used that... I think it was scraps from the last few days, and waste they picked up off of the floor. That was the last time I ate anything... Then at 2am I'm waking up in agony, and vomiting every hour or so. I thought it was mild heart burn. I'm in the hospital reporting this now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
