had vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea.
I did have 2 of my sisters with me as proof as well as notified them again was given a phone number of a customer service and directed to a ladys voice mail that was in charge of incidents. She has never called me. Also notified the health dept they asked if I would supply a stool sample and I said yes never has anyone reached out to me for that. When I was calling tehm out of state number I couldn't even talk without vomiting and this was several hours into leaving there. I apologize to her It was uncontrollable. I did everything in my power or resourses to get to the bottom of this with no results. The health department said they would do a inspection but have not heard a follow up to that. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
