Suspected source: Not 100% sure, but I felt like I had to go to the ER as I ended up throwing up watching that had blood coming out

Additional information: I went to the restaurant and picked up a chicken, Caesar salad and broccoli cheddar soup after a couple hours of did feel kind of weird. Then I started throwing up very badly and have also blood coming out and felt like something was caught in my throat so I had to go to the ER that night | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
