E. coli from Conference Lunch - Jason's Deli, Orlando Florida

2 years ago reported by user-vmwzf759 business

Jason's Deli, West Crystal Lake Street, Orlando, FL, USA

25 West Crystal Lake Street, Orlando, 32806 Florida, United States

I attended the Christian Music Broadcasters Conference at The Lowe’s Saphire Resort at Universal Studios on June 2, 2022. I was invited to stay for lunch and it was catered by them. Lunch arrived at 12:30 pm and I ate the grilled chicken salad and had only 3 bites and didn’t finish it because it didn’t taste right. I went to my to daughters house and by 9:00 pm she called an ambulance for me. At Doctor Phillips Hospital I was diagnosed with 104 fever, Ecoli and Sepsis and was admitted. I then suffered Kidney, Liver and Respiratory failure and spent 8 days in the hospital. Stay away from this place altogether. Their salad almost killed me!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
