A Jazzfest food vendor, mushroom caps stuffed with crab.
Ate it around 4pm on Friday, went to a restaurant Friday night. Saturday morning horrible diarrhea, uncontrollable. Didn’t eat anything more, then around 5:30pm began to feel nauseous and dizzy. Started vomiting, all bile thru thru to 3am., I was the only one who ate them | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness, Bile
