Regular Italian sub. They put a crazy amount of vinegar on it. Threw up 3 times, started 3 hours after eating it. Had the chills and a fever. Purchased at about 3:30 yesterday, July 5. Still feel nauseous next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
