Pizza Illness: Severe Symptoms - Jet's Pizza, Murfreesboro Tennessee

Sunday January 14th Ordered 2 large 10" pizzas thick crust. I ate 3 pieces around 5 PM by 9 o'clock at night I had major abdominal discomfort extended stomach could not rest well. By one o'clock in the morning the diarrhea started and continued through the night then at 8 o'clock in the morning I vomiting. No appetite, very tired, major headache, diarrhea stis diarrhea still present. I am on day three and no addition vomiting but d+ still constant. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
