Jif Peanut butter single packs. I ate jif peanut butter with apples Thursday may 19 the next day I was vomiting, had diarrhea, stomach cramps and a bad headache. It took 24 hours before it stopped. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
