I can't eat anything, diarrhea is water and stomach is getting worse. When I got up Saturday morning I thought my intestines were on fire. I even had blood in my stool then. i have had horrible diarrhea since Saturday morning what can I do about it. It happened to Start Saturday 5-28-22 morning and I ate the peanut butter the night before, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloody Stool
