On December 16th I had 2 Ground Beef Tacos for lunch between 1-2pm. I woke up at 2am reeling. I have never been so sick in my life and thought I might have carbon monoxide poisoning as I had no point of reference for how awful I felt. Symptoms lasted for 3 days and included a horrible headache and back pain in addition to those listed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
