I had lunch around 11:20am and at around 2:40pl k started to get nauseous and my stomach started to hurt. I ended up having to leave work early and once I got home I threw up and have had to go to the bathroom multiple times. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
