Ordered the italian. Lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers all seemed less than fresh. Got very dizzy about 8 hrs later, and began vomiting about 12 hrs after eating. Also have headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness
