Yesterday, January 14th I ordered a veggie sandwich from Jimmy John’s around 3 pm. By 3 am (January 15th), I had severe cramping, pain, and nausea. Around 4 am, I was throwing up and had diarrhea. I was throwing up 3-4 times an hour and couldn’t keep a water down. I became extremely light headed and almost passed out. Keep in mind, Jimmy John’s was the only thing I had eaten that day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain
