On 11/27/18, I ordered the Italian sub from Jimmy John’s on Mequon Rd in germantown, WI at 11am. Four hours afterward, I felt very tried, suspected something was wrong with the sandwich. I went home and had multiple bouts of vomiting, had nausea and severe stomach pain and fever, was up all night. What a nightmare, I’ll never go there again and we will be notifying our 300-400 employees in germantown area not to eat there. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
