I ordered a free birthday sandwich from Jimmie Johnson after not eating all day but water and a piece of toast in the mornin. After having the sandwich I felt somewhat okay for maybe an hour but immediately began to feel the urge to use the bathroom and when I did go I felt constipated for a moment but after a few attempts diarrhea began and It is now the next day. I didn’t sleep much since I was going to the bathroom constantly and also from 5 am to about 11 am I had used the bathroom no less than 10 times and have had nausea since I got up | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
