Jimmy John's, South Kedzie Avenue, Evergreen Park, IL, United States

9451 South Kedzie Avenue, Evergreen Park, 60805 Illinois, United States

I arrived at the jimmy johns in evergreen park Illinois on March 29th 2017 at approximately 7:45pm. I ordered the Tuna sandwich for the first time. I ate the whole sandwich. Came home and about an hour and a half later, I began feeling nauseous. I rarely ever throw up when feeling nauseous but this was a different kind of nausea. I began belching and could smell the tuna. The smell of the tuna made my body hate the smell. I vomited that same day at 11:45 pm. I threw the sandwich up and felt instant relief. However, I woke up the next day and had a mild fever and was in bed all day. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
