I ate Pepper Shrimp last night. Several hours later I was gassy but couldn’t pass it. I started being in pain and was up all night with a bloated belly. The next morning I began throwing up undigested food and having severe watery diarrhea all day. This lasted for about 10 hours. I’m dehydrated and can’t get up without passing out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Bloating, Indigestion
