Strawberries with nutella, Daughter ate strawberries with nutella at night and woke up at 5am same night with strong stomach aches. Went to the hospital and ran all test. Came back negative. I figured out the nutella might be to blame because my niece suffered the same symptoms for four days after she ate toast with nutella!! | Symptoms: Stomach Pain
