- comments: observed outside container used for recycling boxes excessively overflowing with cardboard boxes. Instructed management that all recyclables must be stored inside receptacles so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b).

- comments: observed section of ceiling in poor repair with peeling paint debris inside the 1st and 2nd floor boys washrooms (main building). Instructed to repair and maintain to smooth,easily cleanable surfaces.
