- comments: no hot running water at handwash sinks in all of the food staff/teachers toilet rooms and at the handsinks in the girls students toilet rooms, temperatures ranging from 65f-72f. Instd to provide proper hot running water under city pressure raning from 100f-120f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: handwash sink at serving line with hot water temperature over maximum temperature, 160f, cold water faucet handle is inoperable. Also handwash sinks (single faucet with mixing valves) in boy students toilet rooms 2nd and 3rd floor, over maximum temperature, 130f-140f. Instd to maintain proper hot running water temperature of 100f-120f at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c)
