Additional Information: I hadn’t eaten yesterday and we were passing through town and decided to stop here to eat. I got the various sushi options and the carb salad. Within an hour of eating I felt very sick. I hardly made it home in time. I was have awful diarrhea and vomiting. It is currently almost 24 hours later and I’m still very sick. I have taken to laying in the bathroom with blankets and a pillow. I am unable to hold down even water at this point. Seriously contemplating going to urgent care because I so weak I can’t walk.
