I think it from take out from our fav Mexican restaurant. My son got sick too, but with less severe symptoms. I felt I’ll within 13 hours and by 18 hours was having fever and severe abdominal pain, then vomiting. Symptoms peaked around 30 hours and have been waning fast since. I also had dizziness, blurred vision early on before I realized I was getting sick. I thought I might have appendicitis except the pain was diffuse instead of centralized. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Diarrhea, Nausea, Blurry vision, Stomach Pain
