OMAD Salmon Allergy & Diarrhea - Jurong East Central 1, Singapore

Bought salmon meat and bone, wife ate it and immediately had allergic reaction on her lips. I ate it and originally thought I am ok but ended up having diarrhoea for 1 whole day.

I am practicing One Meal A Day (OMAD) and only ate the salmon at the end of the day.

It is obvious that the quality of salmon from here is a problem | Symptoms: Diarrhea
