Me and my wife were in the resort for 7 nights eating only from the resort. Day 5 we got severely ill with fever, bloody diarrhea, projectile vomit and severe abdominal pain. After returning home, immediately went to the er and did stool sample that came positive for campylobacter | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
