About 30 minutes after I ate a large bowl of frosted flakes I suffered from extreme cramps diarrhea vomiting and became delirious all through the night the bowl off cereal was was the only thing I had to eat for 12 hours since my last meal so it was no mistake what made me sick I will never eat this again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
