Had the chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy. It hit me soon after eating it and lasted two and a half days. Nausea and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Mashed potato ingredients contain milk. Probably the milk had already turned bad when they used it.
