2/4/2016 2pm I had a mashed potatoes bowl with white gravy. Started having stomach pains about 9pm and have been up all nite, it's 11:30 am and still laying in bed weak and in so much pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
