I ate 16 hot wings and went to my football training. After I have come home and showered I relaxed for 2-3 hours. Around 12:30 I started feeling like I was going to vomit and had to sit by the toilet, Just myself feels this way as I was the only one eating the hot wings. Symptoms started 4-5 hours after eating. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
