KFC Meal Causes Illness - KFC, Pretoria Gauteng

Hi there. Got takeaway KFC at 18:00 and ate it soon after. My fiancé and I both had a double crunch meal and dunked wings. We went to bed normally and woke around 4am, when the first symptoms started. My fiancé was first to vomit and I later followed. We both vomited and had diarrhea most of the next day, and continued with diarrhea only on the 2nd day. This is now day 3 and we are still bedridden with diarrhea and extreme headaches after multiple rehydration medications throughout the past few days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
